Important Resort Notices
* Please note that the annual Chairman's Club Event will take place at the Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai from Monday, November 30 through Saturday, December 5, 2026. Access to the resort and amenities will be limited.Access is managed entirely by Hualalai Resort and may change at their discretion. Please contact Hualalai Resort directly for more details.
* Each January, Hualalai Resort hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship. This event will result in temporary modifications to guest access at select resort amenities.
* The Beach Tree Pool at Hualālai will be temporarily closed September 8–November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open for lunch and dinner, with continued beachfront food and beverage service available during the project. Guests who have purchased access to the Hualālai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy Hualālai’s seven other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline area with their own beach chair from the unit.

Enjoy island living at its finest on the villa’s expansive lanais. The upper-level lanai includes an outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ and panoramic views of the Pacific, ideal for al fresco dining. The lower lanai opens to lush tropical landscaping and a tranquil outdoor shower garden. Relax with morning coffee, gather for dinner under the stars, or unwind as the island breeze drifts through.
