About this property
One on the Creek
"One on the Creek" is a charming, renovated two-story home, retaining it's old-timey character. Tucked into the quiet end of a dead-end street, has a secluded deck, patio and backyard fire-pit overlooking the picturesque woods and water. Based waterfront on beautiful stocked Tidioute Creek just upstream from where it flows into the Allegheny River.
Central to so many outdoor activities, it would take pages to describe everything you could do while staying at "One on the Creek".
The space
You will see in the photos, this is a turn
back the clock destination. Note the
lack of large TVs in every room. Get
away from the hustle and bustle and
recharge playing board games.
reading, being outdoors, cooking, campfiring, etc.. The look and feel is
for that outdoorsy, adventury
unplugged, recharge type weekend.
..BUT IF, staying connected gets you
here in the first place, or you extend
your trip by working remote - we do
have 100Mbs WiFi.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole
house, private back deck and yard. No
one else will have access during your
stay.
Other things to note
There's plenty of things to keep you entertained while you stay in Tidioute. In winter enjoy snowmobiling on the trails of the Allegheny National Forest, or skiing and snowboarding a short drive away in Clymer, NY. Come spring, enjoy the many local creeks or Allegheny river for fishing, and begin hiking the many trails located all throughout the Allegheny National Forest. In summer, enjoy canoeing and kayaking and, if you don't want the trouble of hauling your own, rent one from the many outfitters located just a short distance away. Finally, gear up for the beautiful fall weather and all the hunting and beautiful foliage that awaits you in Tidioute , PA.
