Spacious one bedroom, one full bath historic apartment ideally located within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown South Haven as well as the South Beach. Location! Location! Location! Vintage architectural finishes and details throughout with updated bathroom and kitchen in Spring 2024. This apartment is available to mature, respectful and responsible adults only. Please take note that this is one of six apartments in a century old historic mansion. It is possible that you will hear the neighbors in the building on occasion.

Perfect location. Loved everything about our stay. We were a little anxious when we first arrived as the exterior needs updating, but the pictures of inside are spot on. Will definitely be staying here again!

This rental property was excellent. King sized bed was very comfortable, nice new kitchen, great bathroom/shower. The property location was also great (2 blocks to downtown dining, 4 blocks to beach). Easy in/out access from parking at foot of front porch steps.

Just needed a 1 BR for wife and I. Perfect space. Short walk to downtown and river/beach. 1900 built home but space was totally renovated. Tastefully and fashionably decorated, clean, comfortable, big kitchen, parking space provided. Great communication from host. Best part......no "stupid" signs telling you what you cant do. We will be back!

My husband and I stopped driving through to visit family, celebrating his 60th birthday and retirement! It was so adorable! Bigger than what you would think! Great communication from the host! The apartment was perfect for the weekend. It was very spacious and everything was walkable distance from getting something to eat to going for a walk on the beach. The host was very nice responded fast to any questions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I very highly recommend this wonderful, clean unit. It was in a great location, close to the downtown area and the beach. The property manager was nice enough to check and make sure that everything was going well during our stay. This apartment was perfect for my wife and me. I'm looking forward to rebooking this unit in the future.

Amazing stay!

In town to see our son propose to his girlfriend. Perfect location - we walked to the pier, all the shops & restaurants - our favorites were Taste, Phoenix Street & WE coffee shop. Great apartment - so clean, had everything we needed, didn’t hear our neighbors. Great communication with the owner. Can’t wait to go back!

First visit to South Haven

Great location to downtown and the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Good accommodations and liked the character of the apartment. Listing and description of the apartment was accurate. 4 star rating because AC didn’t cool the apartment well, but overall enjoyed our stay.

In 2024 a Daikin 1.5 Ton low temp outdoor mini split unit was professionally installed with one Daikin 15K wall mount indoor unit in the living room and one Daikin 9K Wall unit in the bedroom. The cooing generated from the living room unit also cools the kitchen. The kitchen has east facing windows and can get warm in the morning. We have provided an oscillating room fan to help circulate the air in the kitchen. The system was professionally cleaned and serviced in April 2024. It has been our experience that the system works very well but does take time to cool down the kitchen especially in the morning. Keeping the living room unit set at a lower temperature overnight will help in having the kitchen cool in the mornings.

Cozy Stay - Great Location!

This is a cute apartment in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks to downtown and the beach. It has a king bed, nice shower with good water pressure, and a kitchen with everything you need. As others have mentioned, it’s an old house converted to apartments, so we occasionally heard the neighbor upstairs, but nothing bothersome. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and was very detailed about the check in instructions and easy parking.

This property is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, shopping and trails in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. This apartment is in an older home with five others. We barely heard our ‘neighbors’.

Charming, Comfortable, Quiet, Cool, Convenient Location

Charming apt. for 1st S Haven visit. Easy walk to beach, neighborhood, restaurants. Comfortable king bed and furniture and well-stocked kitchen. Quiet and cool. We (2) used patio for morning coffee and dinner. Lovely older house with high ceilings and gorgeous parquet floor. Good communication with host. Highly recommended.
