Very cool place!

I came to Orlando for a women’s church conference and this place was perfect as it was only about 15 or 20 minutes away from the church. This was a very neat Villa brightly colored and very clean. I stayed in a king size bed, just for myself and with a wonderful clean bathroom and shower. The room was quite large. I stayed in the premium room. Pricing was very reasonable. Great place all the way around!!

Banana Leaf Stay

Besides the restroom in the room being dirty everything else was ok. I always travel with mini disinfectant wipes so I made sure to sanitize everything in the room.

This just wasnt what i expected. This is a previous assisted living facility turned into a BnB, hencewhy they dont show the building on Expedia. The doors on the rooms are just the cheapest doors you'd put in a normal house & you can hear absolutely everything through them. The managment would come on site every day at 7am and make all kinds of noise. I'm here on vacation & enjoying local nightlife...I didn't get 1 good nights sleep. & if there happens to be a loud tenants you will hear them in your room as though they are sitting on your bed. I'm not really sure who this is marketed for honestly. If there would be any guest using the common area, every other person in the building would hear the commotion.
