Kitchen, living room downstairs and projection tv screen with sound bar. Small backyard patio with sliding glass door. Air conditioning. Bedroom #1 has Queen size bed, small tv with Samsung dvd player. Bedroom #2 has a Cal King bed. Full bathroom with tub upstairs.
