What a find!! 10 min to center of Ponta Delgada!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Ponta Delgada. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and its location couldn't have been better – we found it incredibly easy to navigate to the downtown center on foot. A delightful café right next door was perfect for morning coffee, and the beach was just a stone's throw away. The air conditioning was very effective, keeping us comfortable throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the spacious backyard, featuring a lovely terrace and an impressive in-law setup. This separate area had its own bathroom, a convenient small kitchenette, and independent AC, offering extra privacy and comfort.

I would really recommend Katy’s property . It’s extremely clean and very well equipped with everything needed for a family of 4 . It’s in walking distance of beaches and the main city for restaurants . Also really recommend the local restaurants including Cais20 It’s good to have a car for getting around the island and supermarkets We will be going back .
