Escape the chaos of the city to an artist heaven with fruit and citrus tree covered massive property with multiple yards into a fully gated dog friendly heavenly compound with four parking spots, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a private pool and pool bathroom and shower. Beautiful massive stove and oven with built in hibachi grill and espresso machine with steamer. Washer and dryer in unit, central AC, dishwasher, and breakfast nook.

Dining room table that sits 6. Please text for more photos as ten doesn’t do it justice.

I can assist with making the third room an office or studio if preferred.

Massive two car garage that would be great for an art studio or to make an art gallery.

Pick lavender, rosemary, and pink peppercorns while enjoying coffee outside.
