6 good friends enjoyed a long weekend in the beautiful historic location. We hiked, shopped, cooked, lazed by the pool & shared laughter.

This Boulder Creek home is perfect! So big, comfortable and easy to relax in. My friends and I came for a wedding so we weren't able to enjoy the home as much as we liked. I hope to stay again and truly relax there. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you Alex for sharing this home!

We were pleasantly surprised on how beautiful this home is and the unique characteristics it portrays. My family and I were extremely comfortable with the three master suites, large living room and dining area. There was a lot more spaces to also occupy. My adult children enjoyed the swimming pool, playing games and just enjoying each other’s company and the peace and quiet with beautiful redwoods that surround the house. I highly recommend this vacation home for your future trips.

I spent a whole night mopping up disgusting floors that left our feet black. The owner was not concerned or appreciative. There was no can opener, the kitchen was extremely poorly stocked. The property has so much potential and is beautiful, but poorly maintained. The owners also live below you, and provide less towels than your group size despite having a full week reservation. Good luck sharing towels and reusing for 7 days.

We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday weekend celebrating my husband’s birthday. The house is cozy yet spacious, with several indoor and outdoor spaces to gather and spend time together. The decor is beautiful and tasteful with many thoughtful touches. Our hosts were warm and accommodating and it was a pleasure to meet them. Shuba Ramisetti

This is truly the perfect Santa Cruz mountain getaway! The home is beautiful and incredibly spacious. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the beds were all very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, letting us check in early and allowing us to have a leisurely check out as well. We booked this for our wedding weekend and the hosts even allowed my large bridal party get our hair/make up done here the morning of our wedding! We cannot recommend this home enough! We hope to come back for years to come :)

Beautiful home to match the environment and hosts! They exceeded our expectations every step of the way and even provided us with solid recommendations for lesser known hiking trails in the area…they did not disappoint. It rained a bit on our last night and they offered to dry any clothes that may have gotten wet. So thoughtful! Kids loved the pool and it was very clean along with the rest of the exterior living area. If you are looking for a tranquil and luxurious property surrounded by redwoods in the Santa Cruz area, look no further.

The house is amazing! The deck in the evenings under the redwoods was just what we needed. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are nice and big and each has its own bathroom.. major bonus! It was very clean and we loved the living room conversation area by the fire. I arrived before my family and was greeted by Alex and Nuby which I thought was a nice touch! We will definitely be back!

Alex and Nuby were great hosts and gave us great recommendations for food. House was super clean and everything was great. We appreciated the electric kettle- so convenient. We loved the fireplace. We had a lot of space for our party of 5. WiFi worked great for our son’s homework. Altogether we had a wonderful stay.
