We are Sandra & Jai Mandalia and we live in Romford, Essex in the UK. We have 3 children Arun, Ryan and Kyle, hence the name Arkvilla. Jai works for in Human Resources and I work for a Vicar in a local Church doing administration and helping with our Church Nursery. Why Sandra chose Highgate Park
We chose to buy our home in Florida after visiting Florida a few times and loving the whole Florida experience, the people who are so friendly and helpful, the food is great, it's so clean, there is so much to do and we believe it’s a wonderful place to vacation. Our home is on such a gorgeous community called Highgate Park which is a quiet Gated Community. It is located in a peaceful area set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. It is ideally situated on the US Highway 27, just minutes south of the US Highway 192 and only a short drive from the I4. There are many local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and golf courses and yet our home is just 8 miles from Disney World. An ideal base to see lots of what Florida has to offer.
