Enjoy staying in downtown Toronto in the famous Yorkville residence, a prime location with immediate access to Yorkville's high end restaurants & attractions. Very safe location and only steps away from culture & fun.
- 5 mins walk to Whole Foods & 1 minute walk to the subway station that will take you directly to all the touristic destinations and main attractions of the city.
- If you are looking to be close to UofT campus then this is just perfect for you as you will be able to enjoy a short walk to it!
- The building has 24hr security & concierge and high end gym.
- Building allows Small Pets, not bigger than 10kg
- You will be staying in a one bedroom apartment that has a glass partition between the living space and the bedroom.
- The unit has all you need with a fully equipped kitchen.
- Washer/dryer is available in the unit. kindly note that the machine is a combo (washer/dryer in one) so please allow 3-5 hours for your laundry to fully dry
- High end Gym is available on the 3rd floor of the building.
- Paid parking is available all around the area. The closest to the building would be 129 Yorkville Ave and 188 Cumberland St.
- Kindly note the building switches off cooling during the winter months (October - April) and switches to heating. kindly note the thermostat temperature for the heating is set by the building and is central across all units. We provide a cooling fan in case you wanted an option for cooling.
