Absolutely perfect visit with my wife and 2 dogs. Beautiful views, covered parking, private boardwalk through dunes to the beach. Area was quiet and secluded but centrally located to Port St Joe and Apalachicola which have everything we enjoy while not on the beach. I think this stay will lead me to skip closer areas of the panhandle forever. We'll be back!

We loved everything about our stay. The house had more than enough space for our little crew. My kids could walk back and forth to the beach and I could see them at all times. It was windy and the water was cool while we visited, so most of our time was spent in the sand or just at the edge of the water. I think we all enjoyed the swing under the porch where we could lounge and listen to the ocean.

I love my dogs and also love properties that allow dogs but with that being said if you’re going to allow dogs, you should make sure that for each guest there’s not old dog hair And in our situation, it felt like they didn’t do a very good job cleaning. There was just dog hair behind the couches and behind the chairs and when you have a one year-old crawling around, she ended up with dog hair all over her. Other than that, the property was very nice. The downstairs room is basically useless. I would not want to put anyone in that bedroom. The bathroom and shower is nice to have though the location is absolutely perfect. We did really enjoy our stay.

Perfect location!

This house was perfect for our family. It was clean and had all the necessities you need to accommodate a house of 5 adults, 3 children and a dog. It was a wonderful trip and hope to stay at this location again.

Quiet comfortable convenient family getaway

Great location, excellent neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked and home in good condition. Easy walk out to the beach. Covered parking was very nice, two cars fit tandem. Only issue was full bathroom for the downstairs bedroom required you to exit the home and access through the garage. (Our teenagers didn’t mind)

Conner's Beach Vacation

A Peaceful experience of Florida's most beautiful beaches. The indigent and savage crowd thats attracted to skinny lights and welcomed by near by PCB is no where to be found. No tomfoolery here. Just peace, serenity, and a beautiful property that meet every need of the family. Great Stay, Great Experience. 5 stars!

Great house, Terrible neighbors

The house was great. Location was great. Property manager was great. But the neighbors were pains in the butt- they complained about everything. Dog haters for sure. They have cameras that face our place, etc. felt bad for the property manager. They probably have him on speed dial.

Our Three Day Beach Trip

We moved in and enjoyed a little time at the beach. Then we had dinner and played games. Friday was a birthday for a 6 year old and we had fun at the beach and then watching the birthday girl open presents. Then went to Port St Jo for dinner at Sister's Bistro. We did lots more beach time on Saturday. The only unfortunate event was the swing falling down. I am sure you will be fixing or removing the swing.

Over all the property was very beautiful and well kept! Great location to the beach (felt like we had it all to ourselves) and town. The only issue was 3rd bathroom was located in another room outside in the garage. Also one neighbor was very unfriendly and accused us of letting our dogs run around off leash as well as not picking up after them as soon as we got there (both were untrue). He never left his house, just stares at you from the porch. We tried not to let him take away from the beautiful place and scenery.

It was alright.

Although we had a good time and stay, I was rather disappointed with a few things. The main one being the cleanliness. It’s subpar at best but even then. I wish I would have gotten proper answers about the washer after asking multiple times and not knowing until the afternoon of the next day. We had a good trip and stay though. Thank you guys.

Hidden Gem

I feel we were blessed to find this beach house. There we 10 of us. Our 2nd annual friends vacay together. House was perfect for us. View is amazing. We did not have any issues except my daughter lock the downstairs bathroom door and we could not get back in it. Property manager reached out after I sent a message to them. Their response was quick to get the door unlocked. House is very nice. Beds were comfy. The area/neighborhood is very nice. We like the more private beach access away from touristy areas. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available to us. Highly recommended this place.

Not as advertised - beware!

Not a good experience! The ad mentions 5 bedrooms. One is in a dreary, musty, unfinished basement. I would not let anyone stay there. We were supposed to have a niece join us with her husband and child. We told them not to come. Secondly the ad reads pet friendly. That is completely inaccurate, this home is NOT pet friendly at all. There is nowhere to walk the dog so we had to do laps in the very small front yard area. You can’t walk him down the street as the neighbors yell at you if the dog even steps foot on their lawn. We also could not walk the dog down the “advertised” path to the beach as we got a nasty note that they can’t step on the sand dunes. There is no other way to get the pet to the beach unless you put them in a car and drive them. Not at all a pet friendly not people friendly experience. We paid more for 4 nights than a week at other places with more bathrooms and usable bedrooms and the floor plan is a mess! Don’t go! I would not recommend this place to anyone.
