We stayed here with a group of 8 women on a mountain bike trip. Clean place, nice fire pit, and the hottub was wonderful. The best was the location! The house is right on the main strip but is still quiet and safe. It is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, and bike riding distance to many trails. Highly recommend.

Host interaction was poor. They asked for my email address, but I never received an email with checkin instructions. I used the vrbo app messaging to ask a few questions about my upcoming stay, and the host did not reply to all of my questions. Then, the evening prior to my arrival, I messaged to let them know that I still did not have the checkin instructions. I spent the next several hours trying to get the host to tell me the very simple instructions. She kept telling me that I should have received them. It was extremely frustrating and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to access the location. I called vrbo customer service, and they were kind, but couldn’t reach the host either, so ultimately, not helpful. Finally, an hour later, the host messaged me the instructions. I believe a language barrier may have been part of the problem, but this was unacceptable in my opinion. Otherwise, the house was clean and comfortable. Instructions left on the kitchen counter or entryway regarding trash would have been helpful. There were garbage bins outside between the house and the next one, so we were unsure if we were to use them, or if they belonged to a neighbor. It would have been helpful to specify where the bins we were to use were located.

Presque parfait

L'endroit est superbe, les lits très confortables, tout est très propre. Par contre, pour la vaisselle, il n'y a que le minimum, plusieurs armoires sont vides. Et il n'y a pas de tapis à l'arrière quand on revient du spa dans la neige. Pour le reste, c'était très bien

J aurais aimé savoir ce qu il vous manquait pour cuisiner car j équipe toutes mes unités comme chez moi… effectivement il y a énormément d armoires dans la cuisine, mais je crois que tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner y est … évidemment j ai fait le choix de ne pas mettre de poêle a fondue car celase nettoie difficilement… pour le reste, je crois que tout y est! Bon hiver! Hélène
