Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Ten guests spread out comfortably across 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 3 bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a smart TV. A second suite offers a queen bed with its own en-suite bathroom. Two themed bedrooms bring the real magic - a Harry Potter-inspired room and a Toy Story-themed room, each fitted with two twin beds, smart TVs, and ceiling fans. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room handles the final guests with ease.
 
Outdoor living
The screened backyard is built around a private inground pool and spa, both available year-round and open 24 hours. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture give everyone a place to settle, while the outdoor dining area is sized for the whole group. Fire up the private gas BBQ grill - barbecue utensils included - whenever you'd rather eat al fresco. The private backyard gives younger guests space to roam, and the outdoor playground keeps little ones moving while the adults decompress.

The game room covers every age and every mood: pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, life size games, a game console, and a 65-inch HDTV loaded with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. When the youngest guests need their own pace, the dedicated children's playroom - stocked with books and toys covering ages 0-2 through to 10+ - is right there for them. Family essentials are all in place: a crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, and board games. Babysitter recommendations are also available if the adults want an evening to themselves.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is built for real meals. A stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, blender, hot water kettle, Keurig and drip coffee maker, wine glasses, toaster, baking sheet, and all the cooking basics are ready to go. Breakfast is provided each morning, so the first meal of the day is already handled. The dining table seats the full group, and the outdoor gas BBQ gives you a second option whenever the mood takes you outside.
