- While we kindly welcome small gatherings, we do not allow guests to host parties or events.
- Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the home due to allergies and for future guests. A fee of at least $500 will be charged for any smoking residue or smell found inside our home following your stay.
- No music outside or with windows open after quiet hours (10pm to 7am).
- Parking should not exceed 4 vehicles in total in the driveway and/or on the street.
- Our home is pet-friendly, but pets must be disclosed when booking. Please note any undisclosed pets on the premises at any point during the stay is subject to a $250 penalty per pet.
- We live in family friendly neighborhood—any noise disturbance during quiet hours is subject to a $500 fine.
NOTE: By booking this reservation, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of outdoor maintenance or utility crews, including landscaping, being onsite during your stay. If access to the interior of the home is needed, you will always receive a notice prior. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Why they chose this property
We got married in the Cape (Orleans) and have very fond memories here with family. Purchasing this home was a dream come true for us! Being in East Falmouth also brings things full circle as it was our first time adventuring together in the cape as young couple about a decade ago. The proximity to the beach being only 10 minutes is part of our daily morning routine. It's magical therapeutic place, you need to try it for yourself. Lastly the peace of mind that we get dining in our large deck with the sounds of birds chirping in our backyard where we know no one will ever get to build as it is conservation land, it truly makes this home our getaway heaven.

Our home has access to over half a dozen different beaches and ponds, restaurants, farms, movie theaters, golf courses all within a 10 minute drive. Whatever brings you to town, if relaxing on the property isn't enough you can access activities and entertainment from an arm's reach.
