10 minute walk away from downtown Aspen - restaurants, luxury shopping & AJAX mountain Base area.

Features 3 bedrooms - one of which is a lofted bunk room, as well as 2 full bathrooms (newly renovated). With 5 total beds, (1 king, 2 queens, & 2 twin XLs) our comfy condo can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Everything was Perfect!

This condo was beautiful and perfect for our stay in Aspen! It was very comfortable and well furnished, and it had everything that we needed. The location was great as well. Check-in was easy, and Lauren was super helpful and answered all of our questions really quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Everything was great. I was worried about the other review from the only lady but she’s def a Karen. This place was perfect!

We loved the location and the house !Overall the house was clean but noticed that a deep clean is needed under beds etc. There was a liquor bottle and dirty socks etc under the beds.

Great spot for a girls weekend

The property was great and an easy walk into town. We had 4 girls stay and felt like there was ample room for us all. The pool and hot tub on the property were excellent. The listing had a grill, but we were unable to find it. We also had some issues with the stove/oven. While the stove worked, the heat was off and we could smell some gas.

Disappointing experience

The positives: the location is nice; walkable to restaurants and activities in Aspen. The negatives: The property manager said the unit would be available before 4 pm as we needed early access to attend a wedding event. However, the cleaning crew not only was not finished before 4, but didn’t complete their cleaning until 4:15 (after the listed check in time). The host was unwilling to compensate us in any way for the broken promise and the delay in readiness. Overall, I would not recommend renting this unit given the price and poor guest experience.
