BEACH DETAILS:
This home is less than 10 minutes from Jackknife Beach (among others). This is a relaxing and secluded beach that is great for families & kids of all ages! The water is calm and there's plenty of space so that you aren't on top of someone else. This beach is a great place to relax and read a book, and a little known treasure.

Please note there is another house attached to this property. The homes share one wall that is in the living room of the guesthouse with a set of locked French doors. The French doors have blinds on both sides and the room in main house is seldom used by the homeowner. The backyard area, including the patio, are shared with the homeowner.

There is designated private parking and you can reach the apartment through a backyard path up to the deck. You will enter the space through a secure, keyless door code.

Hiking out to Wing Island from the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History is also fun! Just make sure to time your visit according to the tides on Brewster’s low-tide flats. There are also some fresh water beaches at Nickerson State Park as well.

If you’re looking for a great place to golf, check out Captains Golf Course less than a mile away on Freeman’s Way. National Golf Course is a little further up the road on Route 39.
