Modern 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home, fully remodeled and furnished, just 10 mins to Anna Maria Island. Located in a quiet area in West Bradenton, it features a private backyard with lounge chairs and BBQ. The living area has French doors to a covered patio. The dining room is perfect for family dinners. The spacious kitchen boasts upscale fixtures and stainless appliances, including a refrigerator with ice/water dispenser and granite counters. Great vacation house!

My family and I so enjoyed this house! House layout is great, kitchen is sufficient, bedrooms are spacious, pool is a bit narrow and small but definitely good enough to play in or float in. Had an issue with the Ac but owner took care of it right away. Location is good and close to supermarkets and not far from Anna Maria island. House was nice in the fact that I don’t feel like there was a ton of things laying around that kids could break. There were a few things we just put up out of reach. I would highly recommend this house and will be staying here again in the future!

Lovely home and area....needs maintenance

Home is open and clean...it seems that the maintenance has fallen by the wayside. There were multiple issues that were present upon arrival. We chose to only have freezer in the refrigerator fixed. I would bring my own sheets (cotton) unless you like polyester. Neighborhood is safe and convenient. We had what we needed in the kitchen. We requested to speak to the owner but they were out of the country? Next time I will rent with through owners.

Perfect place

The house is amazing. Clean , spacious , modern , stylish , very comfortable . We stayed here for 10 days with our 5 monhts son .We all enjoyed stay here . Swiming pool is very nice .I think there is good filtration system cause we didnt even got that bad smell of Clorox, looks like they keep water clean with salt, couse you can feel little salty taste. We and our baby didnt get any alergic reaction of spending hours in the pool. Kichen is spacious with all new design appliances , and large Tv ., there is also nice bar, living room , nice dining room , flat screen large Tv's in every badroom . Only one thing was bothering - mosquitos or some little bugs.Even We bring lot of "anti mosquito" candles and sprays - all of us got some bites . We really had quality time there and extended our stay for another 4 days . Now time to drive back to our Windy Chicago .

Exceptional Vacation Rental

We booked this place directly on the property managers website, not thru Homeaway. The booking was easy and we got our confirmation within a couple of minutes. They answered all our questions. When we arrived we found a nicely updated home in a quiet neighborhood with a nice pool. Although the pool is not caged, we didn't have any problems with bugs. The home was clean and we really enjoyed it. Will return.

Best vacation ever!! 😃

The house is wonderful. The photos can show how it's decorated and what it looks like and they are very accurate but I want to tell future renters about is how amazingly comfortable the beds are, how fluffy the pillows are, how soft the sheets are! I would have stayed in bed forever if I could have. The pool seems smaller in the photos and we were surprised to see how large it really was. There's beach and pool toys available for use and a huge number of house and beach towels. Admittedly this is the first time we have rented a house but it had almost everything we needed. The only things we needed to buy were food, a gallon size pitcher which we left for future renters, and some laundry supplies. The owners provided Tide but we use free and clear for our baby's sensitive skin. Also, when we sent an email letting the owners know about a couple concerns after tropical storm Colin came through, maintenance was over within an hour to correct any issues. The house is in such a great location, only about 10-15 minutes from several beaches (Anna Maria, Holmes, Bradenton, etc..) even with traffic, close to shopping and grocery stores, about an hour from Busch Gardens and 2 hours from Orlando. Straight west on Manatee takes you to a beach and restaurant that is gorgeous and very reasonably priced. If you have time, pay the $1.25 each way and drive across the Sunshine Skyway bridge. Once across go to Fort Desoto. There's a great beach and the old fort is still there to explore. St Pete Beach isn't much farther. As amazing as the house is there are a couple things to think about. The dishes are all glass and ceramic outside of the Tupperware. If you have kids you may want to grab something else if they have a history of dropping dishes. The pool isn't screened but the mosquitoes stayed away with two citronella candles we purchased. Outside of those things, I can't think of anything we'd change. I am 99% sure we're going to Florida again next year and 100% sure we'll be booking this house if we do.
