This beautiful ground floor apartment is situated in the Terracos do Pinhal area of Vilamoura and is decorated to a very high standard . Major refurbishment of the apartment gives guests the feel of luxury but with all the self catering amenities you need to enjoy a home from home feel, including free WIFI. . The bedrooms are furnished as a double (master) and two single beds in the other, with 2 large sofas in the living room to accommodate total of 6 people in the apartment. There is a large terrace to the rear of the property which is south facing and has access via the lounge and master bedroom . there is also a large terrace to the front with access via the kitchen and bedroom .The rear terrace gives easy access to the garden and two pools, one a children's paddling pool. There is also a children's play area at the end of the road .
This is an ideal location for your relaxing summer holiday as it is in a quiet and secure complex, the centre of Vilamoura and the award winning Falesia beach are just a short 3 minute drive away.
This area is also surrounded by top-class golf courses, making it an ideal choice all year round holiday.
Golfing holidays: This apartment is in an ideal location for golfing holidays as it is very close to the Millennium Course, which opened in 2000 and also the World Class Championship Victoria Course, which was opened by Arnold Palmer in 2004.
The Laguna, Old Course and Pinhal courses are also nearby, with Vila Sol golf course about a 5 minute drive away.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment in Vilamoura. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we could possibly need for a family holiday.Travelling with two children, we really appreciated the space and comfort – it felt like a real home away from home. The location was excellent too, close enough to the marina, shops, and beaches, but still peaceful and relaxing.What really made the experience extra special were the hosts Colin and Karen. They were brilliant – welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed, while also giving us plenty of privacy to enjoy our stay.We loved every minute of our time here and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay

Karen and Colin are the perfect hosts for a perfect apartment. The apartment is spacious and clean and has everything you need (and more). Cozy and modern, great kitchen. The bedrooms (good beds) and bathrooms ( wonderful showers) also very good. And best of all are the two terraces, with comfortable and pretty lounge sets overlooking the lawn and swimming pool. Having meals at the beautiful dinner table was a joy. All in all we had a memorable, great vacation there. Hope to go back in the near future. Thanks Karen and Colin!

Perfect

From booking to departure everything went well. Karen is a wonderful host who went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed in this amazing apartment. So nice to be welcomed by a smiling Karen who showed us round and provided a lovely welcome basket full of goodies. Accommodation was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable, in a quiet location. Mostly had the pool to ourselves. A really great experience.

Absolutely perfect!

We cannot rate this property high enough. We have been coming to Portugal for over 20 years and we’ve never been to an apartment so well equipped! It literally has EVERYTHING you can ever need, it just feels like home from home. The apartment is spotlessly clean and smelt amazing when we arrived. Karen and Colin the owners were super welcoming and left a really generous welcome basket for us as we landed late. There’s a HUGE balcony and the pool is just a few strides away but not too close for the balcony not to feel private. The photos don’t do it justice! We really have nothing negative to say! We will definitely be back!

Ideal family apartment in the sun

A large spacious two bed , two bath apartment set in lovely grassy grounds with two clean pools and sun beds. Kitchen fully equipped for all types of chef, nice shaded open verandah to eat and be merry. Beds very comfortable and cool with a/c and good storage.Karen and Colin were there to meet us on arrival with a welcome pack of basic essentials for the first day. Brand new supermarket Pingo Doce within 10 minutes walking distance very good value and handyrestaurant.Small adequate children’s playground next door to property. Suggest get Uber and use when there to go into the beach or Marina. Looking forward to going back next year.Jo and Graham and family

Family holiday

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment with our kids age 7 and 4 years old. The pictures really don’t do it justice. It is stunning. Well equipped with everything you could need. Spotlessly clean. Amazing welcome pack on arrival including wine, beer, bread, cheese, ham, cake, crisps. Karen was so helpful when she met us on arrival. And all communication before we arrived was great and really helpful. The terrace, gardens and pool area are stunning. And really quiet. We mostly had the pool to ourselves. Kids playground just next door was great. The location was great. Everything just nearby. We liked the Lidl supermarket. All in all we had such a lovely stay there. We really didn’t want to leave and would love to return again. Thanks Colin and Karen.

Appartement exceptionnel

Appartement très propre nous avons été accueillis par Karen qui a été top 👍 Panier offert avec énormément de choses pastèque, jambon, fromage, beurre, bière, vin, pain, gâteaux, pateis de nata Karen et colin ont été géniaux très accueillants. Pas de jacuzzi mais la piscine nous a fait oublier car elle est très proche de la terrasse Je recommande vivement cet appartement Encore merci pour votre accueil exceptionnel Karen et colin

Sejour très agréable

Un logement très agréable avec un accès à la piscine immédiat. L'appartement dispose de toutes les commodités et est au calme. Il est vraiment agreable à vivre et tres confortable. L'accueil de Karen a été très chaleureux et elle nous avait gentiment préparé un panier tres bien garni. Le depart a été très facile et chaleureux. Un grand merci à elle pour ses attentions et pour cet appartement avec cette terrasse de rêve.

Adoramos passar férias nesta casa.

A Karen e o Colin foram muito simpáticos, sempre disponíveis e receberam-nos um lanchinho de boas-vindas muito bom. A casa é muito confortável e com tudo o que é essencial para passar uns dias da melhor maneira. A zona de refeições externa com ligação ao jardim e à piscina é simplesmente fantástico. Não somos de repetir locais, mas voltaremos certamente.

Home from Home in a beautiful apartment

We had a warm welcome from Colin and Karen. The apartment is immaculate and extremely well equipped with pretty much everything you would expect in your own home from tupperware and cooking tools to beach equipment and UK TV channels. There is a lovely veranda that goes straight down to a well kept garden and pool area with private sun loungers. Very convenient for pool access with kids especially. The welcome pack of food was very appreciated after a delay in car hire leaving us with a late check in. Colin and Karen did not rush us and made us feel extremely welcome. Vilamoura has a sandy beach and lots of places to eat. Spar and Lidl very close but you will need a car. The area is manicured and quiet and our little boy loved the playground adjacent to the apartment. An absolutely perfect place for families to stay.

Owner has really thought of everything. A lovely place to stay.

A clean modern apartment with the pool close at hand. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. They are extremely helpful. They supplied us with an extensive welcome pack, even popping in some sweets and squash for our son which was very thoughtful, with water, wine and beers already cooling in the fridge too! Use of pool towels was an added bonus. Some toiletries such as handwash and moisturiser, soaps, new flannels, cotton pads for face cleansing and two hairdryers were supplied too which all helped to make for an easy start to the holiday. Lots of stations on the TV, lots of novels on the bookshelves, beach parasol, buckets and spades too. Large TV in the master bedroom also a nice touch. The property has private use of 4 very comfy sun loungers and some side tables for a lazy day by the pool. Plenty of crockery, pots and pans etc. Really well equipped property. Plenty of space to eat and relax on the terrace. Use of a hot tub too. A car is essential to get to local amenities but the nearest mini supermarket is a couple of minutes away with a very nice cafe next door too. The marina at Vilamoura is a short drive away but be prepared for a little traffic queuing as you get close to the centre. It is a very pleasant marina with a very large selection of restaurants for every taste and lots of icecream kiosks to keep the kids happy. We found Quarteira is the most accessible of the two resorts and has some good restaurants. We found a fantastic churrasqueria called Rei do Churrasco a short drive away, full with locals as well as tourists that served excellent food, don't let the exterior fool you...you could easily pass by without noticing it, but it is worth booking a table. Recommend the chicken with Piri-piri sauce. We would recommend packing a cool bag for trips to the beach as there isn't one at the apartment. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment and have already recommended it to friends.

Fantastic Apartment in Vilamoura

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment, the first time in 2009 and the second time this year, 2017. The apartment itself is spacious, with a fantastic patio area with a dining table and chairs, as well as an outside sofa/chairs/table to relax at. Looking over the peaceful pool area in the evening, or if it gets too hot in the day is great. The pool area is nice and quiet so great for chilling out. The location is around a 45-60 minute walk into Vilamoura and the marina, however a short drive with plenty of parking. I would recommend here as a great base to travel around, or if you want a peaceful and relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings. Colin and Karen could not have been more welcoming or helpful during our stay. Overall, I would recommend staying here and would fully expect to be returning in the near future.

Great Balcony

The apartment is great and very well equiped. It has a great balcony with a big table where you can have all your meals, with direct access to the graden and pool, but that in did gives you a lot of privacy. It lacks a Matrimonial Bed and it only has english SKY TV by Satelite but with a very few opened channels. If you have a Sky Card bring it with you.
