Adjacent to the living room, the charming dining area comfortably seats six, perfect for intimate meals or a fun game of cards. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances, gleaming granite countertops, and abundant cabinet space, transforms meal preparation into a delightful experience.

Outside on the private patio, enjoy breathtaking views of the golf course and lake and don't miss the nightly star show in the sky! This outdoor sanctuary includes a dining table and a BBQ grill, ideal for al fresco dining or savoring a glass of wine as you unwind in the evening.

At this villa, you can walk down the street and enjoy a glass of wine at the Omni Hotel, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a 5 minute stroll down to the plantation's many shops and restaurants, rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course just down the road! This beautiful villa overlooks the Little Sandy course which is a short course featuring 10 holes around Red Maple Lake.

We loved our stay on Amelia island!! We celebrated my mothers 80th birthday and it was perfect!! High school / birthday trip for our daughter

Great trip, full of memories for our daughter’s high school graduation and 18th birthday family trip! This is our 2nd time to Amelia Island and it was wonderful! The condo was clean. The villa was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped. If you want to cook, this place should have everything you need. We especially liked having the shaded patio overlooking the lake. Beach and pool we’re both very short walks away. The quiet back yard and proximity to the water was a nice combination.

Beautiful getaway on Amelia Island

We were nervous to travel during this pandemic, but this beautiful place is the perfect spot. No crowds, beautiful beach, lovely property and easy access to town (also not crowded at all). The condo has a lovely view from the back patio, the pool is right next door and the walk to the beach really is only 5 minutes. The property manager is great and the condo is well equipped and nice. The reason for 4 stars versus 5 is the age of the unit and furnishings....just a bit worn with very minor things like broken towel bar, gets kind of warm upstairs, etc. I would definitely come back and would encourage anyone to stay. Great family spot to relax.

Nice Private Stay on South End of the Island

Walking distance to a beach with no to minimal public access was nice. Waves are not as intense as the North end of the island for some reason, but we just drove to that beach a couple of times during the week for boogie boarding. Plenty of room for our family which included 3 adults and 1 child. Easily could have accommodated a larger group. The 15 min drive to downtown was new for us but once we had the route down after the first few days it wasn't terribly inconvenient if we planned out our day before hand. Overall, we were very pleased with the property and everything that was provided by the owner.
