About this property

My family’s beach summerhouse is located deep down south in the Calabria region. Placed in a peaceful and idyllic location, the villa is blessed by an amazing panorama and breathtaking
sunsets. It is at just a 200 metres descent to the private beach, which is never too busy. Called 'Villa il Nasturzio' it is the setting for the most relaxing beach holiday.

The house is bright, airy and confortable, equipped with all the necessaries. The villa consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a large perimetral terrace, a small
garden entrance, three double bedrooms that sleep six adults: one with king size bed and en suite bathroom with washing machine, another one with a double bed and one with two
single beds that can be turned into a double bed if needed.

Secluded although not isolated with an easy reach to the beach and the parking space for you to get the car and wonder off to the nearby village for a coffee and groceries’ shopping, the
house is a perfect place for and intimate and peaceful beach holiday.

The villa includes also an allocated beach space with a beach umbrella, a deck chair and a sun bed. As the private beach is partially owned by the five stars hotel Porto Pirgos, also inside the condo, beach facilities and lifeguard service are supplied.

This summerhouse is in an idyllic and quiet location, perfect for a relaxing family vacation or a romantic stay. The beautiful beach is walking distance and, should you prefer to stay at home, the panoramic terrace is a great and cool place to relax while reading a book, drinking a cool glass of wine and admiring the view of the sea. Under perfect weather conditions, it is possible to view Stromboli, the Sicilian volcanic island miles away from shore.

Closeby also my sister’s holiday home should you wish to plan your holiday when you are more than a family or a large group of friends.

Traumhafte terrasse mit traumhaften Blick

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und überzeugt mit einer traumhaften Kulisse und sehr guter Ausstattung. Der dazugehörige Privatstrand ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und gesichert. Wir können die Anlage und Wohnung absolut empfehlen. Einzig die hinter dem Haus befindliche Straße und vor allem die Motorradfahrer sind gelegentlich störend wahrnehmbar, aber im Rahmen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus mit gigantischem Blick

Hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Das Haus hat eine sehr besondere Lage in der Anlage. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Der Blick bleibt uns unvergesslich. Der Privatstrand ist gut erreichbar, nicht überfüllt und sauber.

Sehr schönes Haus

Im Gegensatz zu den beiden vorherigen Bewertungen können wir nur eine sehr gute Bewertung abgeben. Sicherlich ist die Strasse etwas nahe und man hört ab und zu etwas Lärm; das ist aber insgesamt nicht störend, da der Balkon zur Gegenseite/Meerseite liegt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man merkt die Höherwertigkeit. Der Blick ist insgesamt fantastisch und das Haus liegt sehr nahe am Strand, sodass man sehr bequem dorthin gelangt. Insgesamt ist der Blick über die Anlage hinweg sehr angenehm und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

J'ai particulierement apprécié la vue, Concernant l'endroit C est bruyant à mon goût (Le soir la résidence voisine organise des fêtes et il y a beaucoup de passage de voitures sur la route, plus le passage du train) une des douches était cassé.

I was born from an english mother and a roman father, born and raised in Rome where I have always lived. What do I feel more like? I feel I am lucky, I can take the best of two worlds.

I have three children of 28, 25 and 16 ( I can’t believe it myself!) and this is my little business. I have been managing a roman holiday home 'Inside My Rome' for 15 years and then added our beach summer house in the south of Italy, in Calabria, and now also my sister's! Moreover, I manage a few friends' apartments in Rome, one in Via Margutta and another one in Trastevere. More to come?! I would love to, I strongly believe that when you enjoy what you do, you are happy and successful.

I love meeting and connecting with people, exchanging life experiences, being part of their memories of a perfect stay and holiday. I also love traveling and time to do so is never enough. Having somebody on the other side of the world that can welcome you and reveal to you the local hidden jems, is priceless.

I have tried to grow my children to be citizens of the world, It is such a beautiful place to be in!

This beach condo is an idillic and quiet location for a relaxing or family vacation. The beautiful beach is walking distance and, should you prefer to stay at home, the panoramic terrace is a great cool place to relax while admiring the sea view. Children are safe, no cars.

What makes this property unique

Should you be needing an extra space on the beach, there is a special agreement with the beach management for which it is possible to rent another complete allocation (beach umbrella, a deck chair and a sun bed) at the extra cost of 35 euros per day.
The private beach is never too busy.

Furthermore, I suggest you will be needing your own car as the nearest small town is Parghelia, 1 km distant and 900 people population, or Tropea 5 km distant, more shopping other than restaurant, pizzerias, cafes and gelato bars.
The property has plenty of parking space right in front of the entrance for you to park.

Bed linen and towels are supplied in the home. As the beds can be made up as singles or double, guests may arrange their sleeping accommodation previously to their arrival by communicating me their needs.
