Stayed 2 nights. Went to the creeper trail E-bike which was so so. The trail would have be better if it wasn’t raining. The cabin was beautiful and cozy. Small but perfect for my husband and I. Would diffidently come again when we could stay longer.
We loved our stay at the cabin. From front porch sitting, Benny the dog, rain on the tin roof, Creeper Trail close by and Phyllis and David's hospitality, it was a great weekend.
Everything about this Cabin is 5 Stars. We absolutely loved it, and our host / owners Phyllis and David treated us more like family than guest! Can't wait to go back, I highly recommend this property for a getaway.
Fantastic stay, well appointed cabin with everything we needed. Cooked in one night and ate out others. Very close to everything including Barter Theater. We will definitely return.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin, the property was beautiful and the owners are very welcoming and accommodating, will definitely come back!
My husband and I stayed at the cabin and it was exactly as described. It was a perfect location to the town if Abingdon. We rode the shuttle from Abingdon up to white top and biked the whole 34 miles back to Abingdon. Loved the cabin and the owners were very accommodating. Hope to go back with the kids one day.
This was our third stay here. As always it did not disappoint. The cabin is so comfortable and we absolutely love this place. Thank you Phyllis for everything.
Everything about the cabin was great. Hosts were very gracious to make sure all our needs were met.
Easy to find and only 10 minutes from Barter Theater.
Definitely the cleanest cabin we've ever stayed in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable cabin! The location was perfect - close to all our activities. The home had everything we needed and more and hosts were very thoughtful and attentive! We enjoyed meeting them! We feel like we found a gem and are truly thankful to owners for sharing your cabin with us!
Phyllis and David have a beautiful cabin and property which is kept immaculately. The location is great rural without being too far away from activities and restaurants. They were awesome hosts!

My husband and I were both born and raised in the area. My husband is self-employed and I work part-time in an orthopedic office. We have a son, daughter, three grandchildren, and a border collie. We both enjoy the outdoors and this area has so much to offer with The Virginia Creeper Trail, Barter Theatre and many great restaurants.

My husband built the cabin over a three year period, initially as a guest house on our property. In 2011, we began renting it out and it has been a great experience. We love the area and feel it has so much to offer our guests.

Virginia Creeper Trail, Barter Theatre, Heartwood Artisan Museum, antiques, Bristol Motor Speedway, hiking.
