Long weekend in Belmar

Our stay was Thursday-Monday for a family & friends weekend to celebrate the life of a family member that passed. The home was plenty large enough, we had 9 staying and a few more for a dinner Saturday.. All the beds were comfortable; everyone slept well. The home had a huge sectional pit in the family room that likely could accommodate 15 people. Most importantly, the hosts are great, Brandon and Lisa were very easy to communicate with and they answered any questions we had immediately. We had everything we needed and grocery stores are nearby. Highly recommend this property.

Great home for Thanksgiving with a large family.

We stayed in this home for Thanksgiving 2024 and it was perfect for our needs! Plenty of room for our group of 9 adults and plenty of plates, glasses and silverware to serve a Thanksgiving dinner, too. Overflow parking available in the neighborhood or across the street at the park. The downstairs bedrooms were a bit chilly in November so the space heater was necessary. We were also celebrating the 90th birthday of the family matriarch and were able to welcome other guests and well wishers throughout the weekend, at one point serving dinner for 20 family members. While it was chilly and rainy when we were there, the back deck is lovely and would be great extra space in good weather. The street is a busy one so road noise could be an issue for light sleepers in the front bedrooms, but plenty of bedrooms to choose from. This rental worked out great for us and it was a memorable holiday and celebration.
