House with 03 bedrooms, 02 bathrooms, 02 kitchens, living room, wi fi parking, space and swimming pool 3x7x1. 40. Accommodation for 12 people including children. We have market, snack bar and restaurant nearby (3 km). We are 50 km from the city of São Paulo. Tb chácara offers cleaning services during your stay, see service charge, (optional). Location the full weekend, Saturday and Sunday, Friday night entrance is a courtesy. Cleaning fee for any period 200,00

Tudo muito bom mercado perto,não é a primeira vez q venho e com certeza voltarei outras vezes piscina limpinha espaço maravilhoso para quem quer descansar. Proprietaria Rosana atenciosa qualquer dúvida ela responde rapidamente nós deixou bem confortáveis. Recomendo e voltarei outras vezes sem dúvidas aaa outra coisa aqui não Tem sinal de algumas operadoras mais uma coisa q não tinha desde de a última vez q eu vim q ja faz um tempinho e q ela colocou q foi o wif. Só faço uma recomendação q coloque telinhas nas janelas caso alguém queira dormir com as janelas abertas, lembrando q tem ventiladores no quarto. mas isso é o de menos dias muito aproveitos bora planejar a 4 vinda.Obrigada.

Alugamos a casa para passar a virada do ano com os amigos. Fomos em 9 pessoas. Casa super confortável, espaçosa com bastante utensilio de cozinha, área de lazer com churrasqueira muito boa, possui mercadinho perto caso esqueçam algo. Os donos são super prestativos e vão durante a estadia recolher os lixos e limpar a piscina. Super recomendo e voltaria com certeza. Sugestão de melhoria: oferecer uma diária de limpeza durante a estadia caso ela exceda 3 dias principalmente para os banheiros.

Desde o primeiro contato com a dona do espaço , tive segurança e tranquilidade , pois , ela esclareceu todas as dúvidas e sempre foi muito atenciosa .
