It has a beautiful own private little square with a fountain, trees and chairs at the main entrance of the building and right outside the Metro station is Senz Pea. In the bedroom there can be a comfortable Queen Size double bed or two single beds . For two other adults in the living room there are two comfortable sommiers assembled one in another, at night the one below moves on wheels outwards.There are large closets to store luggage.
There are two air conditioners split hot / cold, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The kitchen is separate, bright, well ventilated and very complete with gas stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. It is also equipped with coffee maker, toaster, crockery and cutlery for four people. Two people can have breakfast in it. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with sink, washing clothes and lay right in front of a window that allows relatively fast dry clothes. The bathroom is complete with tub and bidet. From the living room you enter the balcony 6th floor with excellent views of the Avenida de Mayo and open view on the Plaza de los Dos Congresos.
There is cable TV, radio with CD player and wi-fi.
Lovely bar with tables and parasols on the same side of the building. It has good coffee and great croissants. But then, for example to read the newspaper or a book with absolute confidence, the better the private space of the building.
Avda. De Mayo, long before our building there spent part of the history of Argentina, there was many presidents when they took or when they had to go to the Legislature in Congress.

Tiene una hermosa placita propia y privada con una fuente de agua, rboles y sillones en el acceso principal del edificio y justo en la puerta est la estacin del Metro Senz Pea. En el dormitorio puede haber una cmoda cama matrimonial QueenSize o dos camas individuales. Para una tercera persona, en el living-comedor hay un sof-cama de una plaza y media y si fuera necesario, para una cuarta persona se podr desplegar una fuerte cama plegable. Hay amplios placares para guardar el equipaje.
Hay dos aires acondicionados split fro/calor, uno en el dormitorio y otro en el living. La cocina es independiente, luminosa, con buena ventilacin y muy completa con horno a gas, horno elctrico, microondas y heladera. Tambin est equipada con cafetera, tostador, vajilla y cubiertos para cuatro personas. Dos personas pueden desayunar en ella. Contiguo a la cocina est el lavadero con su pileta, lava ropas y un tender justo frente a una ventana que permite tener ropa seca relativamente rpido. El bao tambin es completo, con baera y bid. Desde el living se accede al balcn del 6 Piso con excelentes vistas de la Avenida de Mayo y vista abierta sobre la Plaza de los dos Congresos.
Hay televisor con cable, radio con reproductor de CD y wi-fi gratuito.
Es encantador el bar con mesas y sombrillas en la misma acera del edificio. Tiene buen caf y excelentes medialunas. Pero claro, por ejemplo para leer el diario o algn libro con tranquilidad absoluta, mejor la plaza privada del edificio.
Por Avda. de Mayo, mucho antes que nuestro edificio existiera pas parte de la historia de la Nacin Argentina, por all pasaron muchos presidentes cuando asumieron o cuando tuvieron que dirigirse a la Asamblea Legislativa en el Congreso Nacional.
Por all, el 25 de Mayo de 1910, montada en una carroza descubierta tirada por doce caballos, pudo desplazar su importante anatoma y su sombrero con plumas la infanta Isabel de Borbn. Fue ese el momento de la reconciliacin, luego de las guerras de la independencia con nuestra madre Patria, Espaa. Tambin por all pasaron las movilizaciones populares ms importantes, como la del 17 de Octubre de 1945 o las ms recientes Marchas de la Resistencia en las postrimeras de la ltima dictadura.
Pero no todo es historia, todo el barrio est hoy, ms vivo que nunca.
El edificio est justo frente al famoso y activo Teatro Liceo y sobre Rivadavia muy cerca estn las salas del Complejo Gaumont del Instituto Nacional del Cine.

Si en cambio lo nuestro es lo culto a 300 metros de la puerta de casa y por la misma vereda de El vila encontraremos la magnificencia de la pera y la zarzuela en el reconstruido y hermoso Teatro Avenida. Todo rodeado de excelentes restaurantes (casi siempre espaoles).

Por Corrientes, desde San Martn hasta Callao todava hay muchos cafs con sabor a tango y a rock , a poltica y a disquisiciones psicologistas, a conquistas y a engaos, y a todo tipo de movidas vanguardistas. Aqu desde hace mucho tiempo se da cita la bohemia portea pletrica de ilusiones y anhelos. En los distintos cafetines se pronunciaron y se pronuncian panegricos y manifiestos acerca de la libertad y los intelectuales de todos los tiempos evocan con gran lirismo la autenticidad de los ideales del alma artstica, alejada de la mediocridad de los hbitos burgueses. Luego de tanta diatriba, suelen aplacar los nimos atacando suculentas parrilladas de carne premium o famosos vermicellis tuco y pesto acompaados por malbec argentino.
Al estar ubicado muy cerca del obelisco y entre la Casa Rosada y el Congreso de la Nacin, muchas son las lneas de buses que pasan por el lugar. Adems a 30 metros de la puerta de calle est la estacin Senz Pea del Subterrneo, (nuestro Metro). A unos 150 metros y durante las 24 Horas est la Estacin de Bicicletas Gratuitas para turistas del Gobierno de la Ciudad.
