NJ305 - This classic seashore Colonial truly has it all! Great location just 3 blocks straight to beach & boardwalk action, with a backyard oasis complete with a heated in-ground pool! 4 Bedroom 1.5 bath home features a stunning covered porch, cozy family room with fireplace & flat screen tv. Full kitchen, dining & half bath also on first floor. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms & full bath with a walkup 4th bedroom. Fenced yard is perfect for Summer relaxation with plenty of room to relax poolside, seating & umbrellas surrounding the pool.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
