Thanks for your review. We weren't aware of the curtain rod but found it after you left and fixed it. And the picnic table was unfortunately not fixable so we have replaced it with new furniture.:) The swing four came off the track and is now fixed. Glad you had a great stay!!!

Kenneth, I’m so sorry that you had to retaliate and leave an invalid review because you were unhappy with the fact that we would not give you a refund due to the reason was that you said there was an unusable bathroom, which we have never had any issues with the downstairs bathroom. It has a standing shower, a pedestal sink and a toilet. It is by code a normal size bathroom. Unfortunately, the swing door came off the hinges in the dining room room and we were never notified of this until you put it in the review. You said that there was a shed door going into the laundry room, which is technically an interior glass door and not a shed door. We asked that you let us know when you arrive that everything is OK with the home. I was not notified until after you had left that you had any issues. And nothing was ever said nor was there any communication to give us the opportunity to address the so called issues. We’ve never had any issues with Cleaning prior to your stay. And we have definitely made sure that the property is always a five stars as we’ve always had that. I’m so sorry that you felt the need to try to ruin other people’s experiences with an untrue review. It’s a shame that because you didn’t get your way and didn’t communicate properly in the timeframe to let us know what was going on that you are now retaliating against us. I really hope that moving forward you communicate in a timely manner for the next property that you have issues with.
