The Tennis Village Condominiums at Wapato Point is the best place in Lake Chelan to spend your vacation! Your upper-floor with deck condo is located within walking distance to the lake and downtown Manson – about 10 minutes north of downtown Chelan. You have easy access to beautiful waterfront parks/beaches, several wineries, and all the amenities that Wapato Point Resort has to offer.

Offering a spacious resort-like experience in a serene waterfront setting, guests at the Tennis Condominiums have full access to all the year-round Wapato Point amenities, including the indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. For outdoor activities, Wapato Point Resort features numerous docks and beaches, making it uniquely suited for boating, paddleboarding, and swimming in Lake Chelan. Tennis is, of course, available, and pickleball courts have recently been adapted. Those who prefer outdoor pools are all set, as there is a private outdoor pool and hot tub alongside the condominiums, available only to guests of these condominiums. A recreation Kiosk is located along the beach, where a variety of equipment rentals are available to all resort guests. Those who like to stay dry enjoy mini golf, the playground, relaxing around the firepit, or walking around the 100-plus-acre private property.

Wapato Point Cellars and The Winemakers Grill are on-property, just down the road from your Tennis Condominium. And of course, Wapato Point Resort is just a short walk to downtown Manson, with bars, more restaurants, grocers, wineries, and various shops for those venturing off the property. Bring your boat or Jet Skis! Free dock and buoy moorage during your stay, just steps from your unit. Store your trailer on the property. Launching is available at Mill Bay Park.

Mostly nice

Overall nice place. Great amenities and lovely grounds. Wood burning fireplace was very pleasant and the charcoal grill was great. Place was a little dated, with stains on carpet and in need of some TLC. My wife got locked in the bedroom and I had to take about the door handle to get her out of the room. Didn’t really appreciate being on the 2nd floor while they were replacing the roof. It was pretty noisy during the day.

Great Stay, Property Needs Improvement

Wonderful area, we loved the convenience of being close to the lake and appreciated having nearly everything we needed at the condo, including more than enough bath towels which was great for our family. However, we experienced issues with the showers in both bathrooms; they fluctuated between scalding and freezing, regardless of the temperature setting, causing discomfort for our children. Additionally, while the ADA-compliant pool lift chairs were a thoughtful touch, access to the Tennis building pool remains challenging for elderly or disabled guests. Installing a concrete path from the condo building to the pool, similar to the parking lot ramp, would greatly improve accessibility. Our grandmother needed assistance getting up and down the grassy hill. Lastly, the Tennis building pool was in poor condition, with visible damage, black scum, stains, and missing caulking. This area would benefit from maintenance and repair.
