Luxury on the Lake: Greensboro Vacation Rental

This grand house is located in Greensboro, NC with its back to a private golf course and a beautiful small lake. The house features 7 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms and sits on 2.5 acres of land. It can be used as accommodations for groups such as family reunions, corporate meetings, or wedding guests. This house has that "away-from-it-all" feel. Bedrooms do not have TVs but the house has Wifi throughout (400 Mbps). Basement, Living Room and Master have TVs with Satellite television and access to Netflix (bring your own logins). The house has a main kitchen as well as a full kitchen in the basement. The basement also has a full movie theatre with a pool table and newly added kids' gaming area along with a fitness room with a dry cedar sauna, stair stepper, and free weights. Ground-floor entry is available from the basement level. Elevator provides access for those who need handicapped access or to move luggage.

A second full-Size refrigerator is available in the basement kitchen and a deep freezer is available for use in the garage. The main kitchen is stocked with stainless steel pots and pans, baking sheets/pans, glassware, utensils, two coffee makers (Keurig & Mr. Coffee Pot), kitchen aid mixer, smoothie blender, single-serve Nutribullet, toaster, microwave, as well as various baskets, serveware, and large beverage dispensers for groups. Outside you can enjoy the gas grill, pool, hot tub, and wood fire pit. Propane is provided for the grill and wood is provided for the fire pit. The pool is a 16ft x 32ft vinyl lining unheated inground pool with a large concrete patio surrounding it. It goes from 3ft to 6ft deep. No diving allowed. The pool is open from May 1st to October 30th. Various lounge chairs and seating can be found on the concrete area and the wood deck.

The pool is open from May 1 to end of October. It cannot be opened early or extended late for anyone or any reason. It is not heated. Pool is cleaned twice weekly during the Summer. There is a hot tub that's open year-round and it is heated. It is cleaned weekly during the summer and bi-weekly during the off-season/winter months but not during inclement weather (hurricane, storm, ice, snow, etc.)

This house is a great deal!! No hotel in Greensboro gives you this amount of space and sleeps this many people, all for a great price! Great for companies coming in for conferences, pastoral groups, or families looking for accommodations for their wedding group, swim teams, schools, sporting groups, etc.

We use ID Verification for ALL bookings and require a damage deposit ($500 Hold) in addition to our damage insurance. The damage deposit is automatically refunded as long as there is no damage or missing items. There's an additional fee for large groups. The minimum age to rent is 25. Guest ID is verified prior to check-in.

For example: wedding guests are welcome to use this as accommodations but full wedding ceremonies and receptions cannot take place here. Another example: you can celebrate your 50th Birthday with family and friends who are staying in the home (up to 22 people), but please do not send invitations to 50+ people to host a party or cookout in the backyard.
