About this property

Large cozy cuntry home, pet friendly, ATV and hunter friendly.

Located 10 miles from the Little Sahara State Park. Peaceful home in the country. Many wildlife sights possible. Deer, Turkey, Opossum, Raccoon, are often seen on the perimeter cameras. On 40 acres of land, hunting permitted upon written permission.
Large house on 40 acres with 3 bedrooms each with closet, a dresser, and all ammenities, two bathrooms with full bath and shower and all ammenities. Laundry room with washer, dryer, ammenities and 1/2 bath attached. Attached back room/mud porch with storage, coat and shoe closet, and gun cabinet. Three car garage, out buildings and plenty of space to park trailers, ATVs, camper etc. Fourty acres to explore on foot or on an ATV.
Pet friendly with smaller doggie door.
Three car attached garage. Lots of room for parking or turning around with trailers.

Very nice place. Everything was great only complaint would be if you bring dogs make sure you bring dog shoes or booties lots of sand burrs in the yard. It was perfect for what we needed it for though.

Cute house interior. Lots of sleeping and dining area. Very quiet, undisturbed area!. The air conditioner and appliances needed some attention. Overall a great deal for the price.
