We are Jon and Ellie and we welcome you to be our guests at The James Gott Homestead. I was born and raised on the North Shore while Ellie was raised in coastal Maine. We have lived and traveled throughout the United States but we have always been drawn back to the beautiful town of Rockport MA.
Why they chose this property
After spending almost two years searching for the right property we were shown the James Gott Homestead in the dead of winter and we fell in love. Drawing on the experiences we had renting vacation homes for our family over the years we tried to design the "best " summer vacation rental. We have renovated two of the four units into beautiful, luxury comfortable family vacation rentals. Two different buildings each with its own unique charm and character but each very Rockport.
What makes this property unique
This is a very unique home. We are located right downtown on the 4th of July parade route yet, we have a beautiful flower filled back yard that is a very peaceful and tranquil oasis. This unit has two off street parking spaces. We have two beautiful sandy beaches less than a half mile stroll from your back door, we provide a cart for beach chairs coolers and other beach necessities. There is also a parking pass for Long Beach and Cape Hedges Beach.
