Great location right across street from lake with a small beach and beautiful clear water to swim, kayak, SUP. Close to everything. Good yard for family and dogs with a fenced area. Great house with games and jacuzzi.

We stayed here for our combined bachelor/bachelorette trip and it was perfect! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, check in was super easy and the house was very clean! We had the best time and will absolutely be staying again!

We loved Lazy Bear LodgeWe had a great time celebrating my 70th birthday with all my family. There was plenty of beds and 6 bedrooms for everyone. Big kitchen and big kitchenette fully equipped with everything you’d need for cooking for big groups. Perfect for me as I have celiac disease and having a separate kitchen is always great. Lots of activities including a game room, board games, a kayak, paddle boards, ping pong table etc Giant hot tub, great location We really enjoyed that every night.

We had an amazing stay at this property and would definitely come back! The location is hard to beat—being directly across from Lake Tahoe made it easy to enjoy the lake, beaches, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. The views were absolutely stunning, especially in the mornings and evenings, and really made the trip feel special.The house was perfect for our large family, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend time together. The game room and hot tub were huge hits after long days of exploring, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Our family made some great memories here, and the combination of the incredible views, unbeatable location, and spacious accommodations made it an easy 5-star experience. This was an excellent home for our family vacation. The kitchen was well supplied with most of what we needed to cook meals. The space was large, clean, and comfortable. The house is on the main road as mentioned in the listing, so there is road noise, but the trade off is being right across from the lake with great lake views from upstairs. The beds were comfortable and our family enjoyed the game room and, especially, the kayak and paddle boards which we used most days. The hosts were quick to reply to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

There were 11 of us a family reunion. We had the best time the Lodge was perfect. There were areas you could go to get away from it all the house had so many activities and games , you really did not have to leave the house. It is close to so many activities in Lake Tahoe. The location was perfect for shopping, Golf and Miniature Golf as well. The house is stocked with a great kitchen and really all you need. wait until you see the Suite over the Garage! awesome! The hosts were amazing and were quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you for a great time

Amazing house. Lots of different rooms and areas for our big family, both kids and adults. Host was very communicative. A couple of minor maintenance issues arose during our stay, but he was very responsive and endeavored to correct things and make our stay enjoyable. Be aware that the house is on the main road that goes around the Lake, so there is a lot of traffic noise. Overall, a great place for a large family gathering.
