About this property

Walk to the ocean every morning!

We are a first floor two bedroom condo. We have a small kitchen with all new appliances, microwave, kurig, dish ware & and a small washer dryer combo unit.

Our master bedroom offers a king bed with new linens, dresser, closet for hanging items.

The 2nd bedroom has a full size day bed also with new linens. This is a smaller bedroom space and offers a closet for storing clothing and personal items.

There is one bathroom w a walk in shower w rain head and handheld.

Living space offers a dinette for 4, pull out sofa, smart TV, lighting and social chair. This unit is also unique because it offers a small bar/enetrtaining space behind a bard door.

We provide linens for king bed & sofa pull out, 4 towel sets, beach towels (1 per guest), hair dryer. **You may request cleaning and laundry service thru your stay at a discounted cost.**

To get you started we provide, a few coffee pods, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towel roll for the start of your stay.

You will have one parking space on property.

There is a shared yard space with BBQ grill, outdoor dining and chairs with yard games. There’s a place to wash off the sand and storage for all your chairs and beach gear.
