Cabin near Gatlinburg

Enjoyed our stay! Cabin was clean and we loved that it was up on a windy road with lots of trees. Fireplace made it cozy. Kitchen was stocked. We are also happy they had a Christmas tree up & stockings for Christmas so we could put our daughters presents under the tree.

Reasonable stay for a reasonable price.

First, communication with host is top notch. Very quick at any time of the day. They are quick, helpful, and send useful information for activities in the area. The only disappointment was the hot tub being out of order.

‼️DO NOT STAY in this cabin‼️ When we arrived, the hot tub was not working, and we contacted the management company promptly. We were made to feel stupid by them asking for video and to send pics of the hot tub control panel. They told us they’d checked it prior to our arrival that day, and everything was working properly. They said they’d get someone out the next morning. Morning came, and we weren’t contacted. I followed up, and they said they had miscommunicated with us. There was a part that was needed, and it was on order. They didn’t know when it would be in. They knew all of this prior to our arrival, did not tell us, and had it advertised “with a hot tub.” Lied to us as soon as we messaged them upon our arrival and said it was working. We would have chosen another cabin with a working hot tub. This was a birthday trip for my husband. Horrible management company, PMC, that can’t be trusted. It is really sad for the owners who have such a lovely cabin and have entrusted their property to a dishonest property management company that did nothing to accommodate us while we were there; just apologized for their “miscommunication.” Then after I followed up once again today, they said they’d give us $50 for our “inconvenience.” Beware before you stay that you will not have a working hot tub or a “working for you” management company.

Great location super staff

Our stay here was fantastic. The cabin is up a winding mountain road and is super peaceful. My son loved the hot tub! The location is super close for both gatlinburg and pigeon forge since it is a few minutes off of the parkway between the two. The management team was quick to respond to us and the staff was awesome. The dryer wasn’t working properly upon arrival, but as soon as management was notified It was fixed. Thank you for the amazing hospitality for our vacation!!
