About this property

Think "On-top-of-the-world" breath-taking views!

Valentine's Day!! Why not book for a couple of days as a surprise Valentine's gift!! I will throw in some helium balloons and you can pay a small amount for a divine chocolate cake.

Also now is the time to think Spring/Summer! I am already booked for most of June, a good part of July and some of August. Now is the time to book before others beat you to it.

The apartment is on the upper floor of my home which was renovated after a fire. It has its own entrance. There are three large rooms. The main room (living room and kitchenette) is 12.6 X16); the bedroom has the same measurements and the bathroom is about 10 X 10. It is very spacious and has 'breath-taking' distant ocean views. A 5-minute walk to the beach is all it takes to make a great vacation. It is a very quiet and safe area.

In addition to the beach, there is a lot to keep you busy. Right close by are two restaurants. There are also many walking trails and bike paths.

The 'T' station is in nearby Scituate. You can hop the train into Boston.

We had such a wonderful stay in Marshfield when we were in town for a wedding! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was amazing, and it was just a short walk to the ocean and several great local restaurants. On top of the world did not disappoint!!!

My husband and I enjoyed a little piece of heaven staying here! The accommodations were delightful! Spotlessly clean, breathtaking views, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and liquor store. Love this place

This was my second time staying here and I'll definitely be returning. The owner thoughtfully provided us with everything we might need and beyond (including delicious carrot cake muffins!). A short walk to Humarock beach in Scituate with a seafood market, gift shops, irish pubs, and a package store was the icing on the cake!
