I also apologize for the inconvenience with the propane and the missing laundry supplies. Those should absolutely have been available for your stay. The fire pit does have a full propane tank, and I truly wish I had been aware of the issue during your stay I would have gladly provided replacements immediately. We’ll also be reviewing our restocking and inspection process to prevent this from happening again. Your feedback is very valuable, and it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests. Owner Response: I’m truly sorry to hear about your loss. I’d like to clarify the situation from my side. At my property, we have clear rules no large parties, no minors staying without parents, and no loud equipment such as karaoke speakers. When I noticed these issues, I approached respectfully to confirm who was responsible and to protect the home. I understand you may have felt uncomfortable, but my intention was never to be rude it was simply to enforce the rules that all guests agree to when booking. Out of fairness, I even released the $600 payment back to you, as I did not feel it was right to keep it under these circumstances. My priority is always to protect my property while ensuring respectful, professional hosting. I wish you the best moving forward.
