Couple concerns.

Not AC or heat control. They are in main house with no access. Have to text owner. Like at 5am when it was 49 degrees outside and I woke up freezing. No heat / must of been set on AC. Also, not sure though highly likely the bathroom with no ventilation for steam. Looked like mold was painted over or is coming out. By sink and by above shower head ceiling area.

Satisfied my need but I would not stay again

I stayed here while visiting for Sun N Fun aerospace event. The location was close to the event venue and easy to get to and from. The place was very clean, but as a single person staying there, the privacy was not what I expected. Yes, it did say it was in the backyard of an existing home, but there was not as much privacy as advertised. The double glass doors to the room were not covered and were exposed to windows on the main home. Anyone could see straight into the home. There were also blinds that were broken, so even in the bedroom, if you closed the blinds for privacy, with no window coverings, people can see in. The bathroom was the only private place. There is also no central A/C that you can control. Yes, there is central air, as advertised, but it is controlled in the main home. This was not ideal, as it was very hot at night. Parking was not ideal either when there were guests in the main home. The parking for this home is in the grass to the side of the driveway. There is a not much space to get in and out of when there are cars filling up the driveway to the main home. Overall, it gave me a place to sleep that was clean, but I did nto feel as safe as I had hoped for.
