Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located just 5 minutes from the Arizona Cardinals’ State Farm Stadium, Entertainment district Westgate, and the Dodgers/White Sox spring training facilities, this home presents a calm and welcoming atmosphere with entertainment just minutes away! Although entertainment is a short drive away, this quiet community is nestled away with no street noise and offers a community pool and park for your enjoyment.

This home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a pullout couch. Just a short walk to the State Farm Stadium, save money and time on parking when checking out your favorite team or concert at the stadium. Also nearby is the Westgate Entertainment District with amazing restaurants, music, and games!

This space also includes TVs in every room, a BBQ grill, and a dedicated office space.

We also have rental cars available.

Stayed for the 2026 Fiesta Bowl with my son and a friend. Couldn't have been better. 10-12 minute walk to State Farm Stadium. Owner gets an A with communication. House is well stocked, lots of room, beds are comfortable. If I need to head back to Glendale, Arizona, this will be my first choice in lodging. It is awesome!!!
