Welcome to VIVVO ESPACIOS - APARTAHOTEL La 70! All the Comfort in One Place We offer special rates for monthly stays and have a wide variety of apartments located in various areas of Medellín, Antioquia, to suit your needs.

The accommodation features a double bed (1.40m) with a bedside table. The private bathroom includes hot water, towels, toilet paper, and body soap. The kitchen runs on natural gas and is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, pots, glasses, wine glasses, cooking utensils, full dinnerware, and a coffee maker with a supply of coffee and sugar. There's also a 32-inch TV with a Netflix subscription and antenna channels. The closet comes with hangers, and you'll also find a dining area and a work desk.
