In this master you will find a private balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. This master offers a newly designed and remodeled private bathroom, and an exquisite mahogany writing desk. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds with luxury bedding. Upstairs you will find the kind of loft that you would hope to in such a well kept condominium. It is set up to work as a terrific family room during the day, but has hidden sleeping arrangements in both sofas. A trundle bed will sleep 2, and a sofa bed pulls out to a queen and sleeps 2 more! Flat screen TV, stereo, and another very special balcony. In addition, there is a large living room with 60" flat screen TV with Netflix and a blue- ray / DVD player. Free wireless internet included. An expandable dining room table, 2nd luxury bathroom with 5 shower heads, a long backside balcony with (3) classic white rocking chairs. In total, there are 4 flat screen TVs, all wall-mounted.

QUIET TIME: Required by the condo association is quite time between 10pm and 7am. Essentially, that means this is not a party condo and while we do encourage fun & laughter, we do not suggest booking this condo for any large or late parties. The condo does fine $$ for excessive noise during those hours, which guest will be responsible for.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 3rd Floor penthouse, with approximately 30 stairs, and no elevator or handicap access.
