Welcome to your fabulous vacation home! This 2,800 sq foot one-story home is like new and boasts 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The open floorplan is perfect for large groups, a couple, or a family coming to enjoy the wonderful Phoenix weather! The open single floor means it's easy for those with mobility issues to get around - no stair climbing here! Lots of big beautiful windows let in what you come to Phoenix for - SUN!

Beautifully and fully furnished, there is always a comfortable, inviting place to watch TV, visit with family or friends, or get lost in a good book. The kitchen has everything you can possibly imagine! A large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher. All knives, pans, utensils and plates are provided. How well stocked are we? Toaster? Check! Waffle maker? Check! Coffee maker? Check! Smoothie maker? Check! Griddle for making pancakes for the whole crew? Check! There is plenty of room for entertaining large groups with 4 barstools up to the granite counter and a beautiful large table that will comfortably seat 10.

The configuration of the bedrooms provides maximum flexibility for yourself and your guests. Two bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom. The queen suite offers a queen bed with its own bathroom. The master suite offers a king size bed, walk in closet, and amazing bathroom complete with a huge soaker tub, and walk in shower with 2 shower heads! Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, 39' TV, and new furniture that includes, a dresser, nightstand and a unique bedside lamp.

The backyard is a fabulous retreat. It features a large covered patio that is equipped with lovely table and chairs. There are 4 lounge chairs as well. There is a beautiful pool surrounded by a large patio that provides the perfect spot to soak up some sun. For an additional $400/week we can heat the pool for you. There is a wonderful hot tub attached to the pool for relaxing and soaking your muscles after a fun day of golfing! There is a built in gas grill and bar near the pool for relaxing outdoor meals.

Our home is located on the beautiful Golf Club of Estrella, a Nicklaus Design golf course and Troon managed facility, offers a truly incredible golfing experience. This dramatic course, with Jack Nicklaus II as the primary designer, flows along the contours of the land. Large greens and split-level fairways test your decision-making. We are a hop, skip and a jump for the famous PIR Racetrack!

We are a short trip down the hill to the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Guardians training facilities!

State Farm Stadium is a short 30 to 40 minutes from our home! There is always something fantastic and fun happening at the Westgate area!

If you are bringing children there is a fantastic park just three houses down from us with a large grassy area and nice playground equipment. The popular FINS bike trail or other trails are located nearby. There is nothing like a morning walk around the beautiful North and South Lakes.
