AC window units in all bedrooms and a large AC unit on the main floor. Wifi flat screen tv and a large yard complete the package. Located on a lovely cul-de-sac with Mac's Seafood restaurant and fish market at the end of the street, the home is close to everything - just minutes to Downtown Chatham and Harding's Beach.
