Modern Luxury in Chatham with Water Views

This immaculate, newly renovated home is perched overlooking scenic Ryder's Cove. The home has been completely remodeled to preserve its original character, yet with all the modern updates. Everything is new in the home: furnishings and bedding, kitchen and bathrooms. The home is well thought out and presents beautifully.

There are four bedrooms in the house with sleeping for up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom is located on the main level with a king bed and private full bath. There is an additional bedroom on the main level with two twins, plus a full size double up in the loft space. This bedroom has a private full bath as well. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a king bed, private bath and work station. There is also a window seat that overlooks the cove, a great spot to relax and enjoy the view! The final bedroom is on the lower level and houses two sets of bunk beds, sleeping four. There is a private bath for this bedroom as well.

Outside you'll find the new deck with ample living space that includes a gas grill, outdoor shower and new lounge furniture. Ryder's Cove is just across the street and great for charter fishing and kayaking (kayaks provided with the home). The property is located a little over a mile from the center of Chatham, and about a mile from several different beaches. The house is also close to Chatham Bars Inn and Wequassett for those attending events. The home is ideally suited for summer or off-season relaxation.

The property is located on Orleans Rd, which is Route 28. There is moderate traffic on this stretch of road. The outdoor living area is located at the rear of the house, so any impact from traffic is minimized.

Fabulous Home

We spent a week on the Cape this Fall in this wonderful home. Great space for our group of 11. The home is beautiful, well appointed, and comes with all the stuff you need to ensure a fabulous stay. It's centrally located so running out to the store or going downtown was easy. No detail was overlooked. Very thoughtful outfitting so you can enjoy yourself no matter what you're doing. Pretty Picky Properties was responsive to onsite requests and helped ensure a seamless check-in/out process. Everyone in our group raved about the home and how comfortable they felt on the property. The outdoor decks were delightful to sit and enjoy a cocktail and chat. The backyard is a peaceful, tranquil oasis. Despite being located on a fairly busy street, the noise never bothered us. We would definitely come back.

Amazing

What a beautiful home!! It was perfect for our group of 9. The house was perfect and the check in and check out was seamless. One smoke detector was beeping and the management team responded immediately and was onsite within 15 mins to fix it. Wonderful service and stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect Cape Getaway

House is amazing. Newly renovated. Has everything you could need while vacationing on the Cape. Tons of room and anything you need for the beach. Pretty Picky Properties was tremendous, making sure we had everything we needed and the house was perfect. 10/10 recommend this house and Pretty Picky.
