This beautifully appointed poolside condo, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, can sleep 3, having a Queen in the master bedroom and a roll away bed in the living room. There is a gorgeous full bathroom with a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped to meet all your cooking needs, including a dish washer, filtered water for the refrigerator. Bar-B-Que on the spacious patio while watching the beautiful view of the courtyard and pool. Air Conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms ensures your comfort during the warm summer nights. Entertainment is provided by a Large Flat Screen TV in the living room and a Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (150Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.

In the Lobby of the main building, you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serrano’s Bar' and 'General Store'. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. Located between the ‘C’ and ‘D’ buildings is a 3-machine coin/op self-service laundry. Marina Sol consists of five buildings, in the middle is a lush oasis of palm trees and tropical plants, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar at the ‘Three Amigas Cantina’ poolside Restaurant and Bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at great prices. In the courtyard there is a large Jacuzzi and Club House that has a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table and 2 large Flat Screen TV,s.

If you prefer the beach, you are only minutes away from the famous Medano beach with its golden sands, amazing Restaurants and many water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located nearby are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk.

If you drive there is off road parking at Marina Sol.
