Enjoy the comfort and privacy of this wonderful Courtyard Villa in the amazing Florida recreation area called The Villages. Your courtyard villa will be fully furnished and spotlessly clean upon your arrival The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs and there is a gas grill on the patio/lanai for the grill master.
The master bedroom with private bath has a king size bed and a 42' color TV for your comfort and enjoyment. It also has a patio door leading out to the screened lanai, Enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning in total privacy in your lanai or courtyard area. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath.
This courtyard villa is located in Tamarind Grove which is coinventiently located to golf courses, swimming pools, tennis and pickle ball courts. Private country club, seabreeze recreational club. We are a 10 minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing Square and Paddock Square. Here you can enjoy resturants, shops, cinema and free live professional entertainment nightly all village squares.
The villages is a golf cart community with approximately 50 golf courses (executive and championship courses) to enhance your stay we provide a 2016 Yamaha gas golf cart with your villa rental. You will find with the many scenic and well marked golf cart trails that you will want to go everywhere in the Villages with in your golf cart.

We were all very satisfied with the house, amenities, and location. The only complaint was the 2nd bedroom's bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on. They had many restless nights. They decided to flip the mattress and discovered there is a board between the mattress and box spring. We suggest replacing the mattress and box spring.

Absolutely Fabulous Stay

The Host was terrific. She answered all of my questions. She also wrote explicit instructions for check-in and check-out. The Villa was immaculate and in a nice location. It was also very quiet. Sufficient supplies were provided. The golf cart was in great shape. I would definitely consider using this property again in the future.

The weather, especially during the winter months is excellent. The location (central Florida) is only 50 miles north of Disney World. Shuttles run on the hour to an from the Orlando Airport.
