Fully furnished 1 bdrm studio apt above a detached garage on 2 acres. Private peaceful backyard with fire pit. You will see bunnies & may see deer walk through back yard. Apt & Kitchen are fully stocked, has a queen bed, large L shaped couch which serves as an additional sleep space if needed, washer & dryer, AC, linens, towels, WiFi, TVs, your own deck with table & chairs & grill and your own driveway on side of garage. Less than 5 miles to the Great Sacandage Lake, 25 minutes to Saratoga Racetrack and 10 minutes to shopping in Amsterdam. Enjoy antique shops, diners and ice cream in Broadalbin.
