The mountain view was beautiful. Me and my grandchildren enjoyed the house it was just the right size for our group. The house looked better than the pictures.
The house had plenty of space for our family trip. We loved the views, hot tub, and the easy road access/parking. House was clean upon arrival. Enjoyed our trip!
The cabin was very nice. Our family of 10 enjoyed the facilities greatly! Needed better cooking supplies. There were no potholders and only one kitchen towel. Very little response from the owners while we were there on questions we had. They sent what appeared to be automated messages but did not reply when we had questions during our visit.

We appreciate all guest feedback as it helps us continue improving the experience. Our kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and we are adding additional pot holders and kitchen towels to enhance convenience. While most messages are answered promptly, we did miss a one-hour late check-out request during this stay, which has been addressed to ensure better responsiveness moving forward. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable, well-supported stay for every guest.
The property is beautiful! Amazing views! The house is exactly as pictured, comfortable and accommodating for everyone. We will definitely book it again.
The property was as described. There were five bedrooms each with it's own private bath. One was on the main floor, two on the top floor and two on the basement floor. We had six adults with most able to use the stairs easily, so the layout worked well for us. The location is great since it is right between Townsend and Pigeon Forge. We have stayed in the area many times over the last five years and this property was very easy to get to. It's off the main road far enough to have the quiet and solitude, but there were no real steep roads or drop offs along the way. All roads are paved and easy to drive. The host responded very quickly to the only issue we let them know about. The foosball table had a golf ball and the four pool cues had no tips making the game room unuseable. We let the host know about it in the afternoon. Foosballs were delivered by Amazon the next morning and someone came by later to repair the pool cues. There were a few minor issues with the shower curtains to ensure that water didn't leak out, but we were able to remount them to function better. The kitchen and bathroom supplies that were provided were adequate for our family group. Plenty of parking space for up to five vehicles.Beautiful views from the three decks with lots of seating available. We did not use the hot tub, but it looked clean.
We had a wonderful week with our whole family celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary.Everything was in great condition and was exactly as described. The location was great. We had a mother bear and 2 cubs come every morning and evening. What a blessing it was to share this experience together as a family. We highly recommend this home.
This was an amazing place. Very easy to get to parking for 5 to 6 cars. Theres bathrooms in everyroom the beds were super comfy. I dont have any complaints about this cabin and this was my fifth year coming to the mountains. This will probably be my go to cabin.
We had a wonderful stay. The property was so beautiful and peaceful with a nice view. The only reason it wasn’t a five star stay for us was because of some minor issues with things not being tightened correctly such as the shower curtains, towel rods, toilet paper holders, and dining chairs. This resulted in some of these items falling off the wall during our stay but it was still pleasant nonetheless.
The cabin and location were excellent. I am not a fan of very steep mountain roads and driveways. This one was perfect with some elevation, but not too much. The view off the decks is very nice. The drive to everything was perfect. It was far enough away from the busy areas to come back to peace and quiet at the end of each day. We had a mama bear with four cubs visit us several times. It was one of the highlights of our trip to see them out the windows. The owners made it very easy to check-in and out and they were very responsive when I had a question.
We were a group of 9 women, all over the age of 60. We have been coming to the mountains every spring and every fall. This is the first time we have found a cabin that met all of our wishes. Easy drive, plenty of parking, beautiful view, enough bedrooms AND bathrooms! There were a few things that we missed, like baking dishes and not enough silver wear and more dish towels. We do most of our own cooking. We did eat at Elviras one day for lunch.I would definitely recommend this cabin for large groups.
This is a beautifully modern but rustic house for our 3 generational celebration of the holidays. We had two small pups that added to the excitement. We had 6 adults and 3 kids, ranging from age 6-13. There was plenty of space for privacy as well as lots of space to be together at one time. We enjoyed the hot tub, game and media rooms, as well as the 3 decks. The Townsend area is away from the chaos of other nearby tourist destinations, but still offers the fantastic view of the smokies
We were pleased with this property. Everything was as pictured. The cabin was nice and clean. We did have issue with the main level AC/heater the first night, but it was handled promptly. The only other thing i noticed was that the rug is curled up on the edges in the living room. I know that is trivial and only cosmetic, but it could be replaced to create a more esthetically pleasing entrance. Overall, we would stay again.
Beautiful view, quiet peaceful location high in the mountains
The drive up and location of this cabin is fantastic. The views from the back deck are so tranquil and relaxing. We would stay again for this reason alone. So many other cabins in the area are right on top of others so there is not much privacy.
Pros: Each bedroom is nearly identical in design and size (no best bedroom that everyone fights for, hah!), every bedroom has an ensuite bath and deck access to the beautiful view out back, beautiful first to second story picture windows on backside of house with view toward the mountains, fireplaces for ambiance in the bedrooms, clean linens and floors, new dishes and cookware, pool table and foosball table on lowest level, AC and heat work great to keep the place comfortable.
Cons: There's no shelves or niches in any of the showers which makes it tricky when you need to to squat to get your shampoo or bar soap off the floor, shower stalls are very narrow and difficult to move around in even for the thinnest of us, though there are tubs if you don't fit in the showers. The lowest level is quite echo-y and loud maybe because there's no couches or wall hangings in that area so it would get loud when the kids were down there. There's also no seating in the game room area. There was only pump soap in a couple bathrooms and the tiny hotel bar soaps were everywhere else. The bunkbed kids room has no nightstands or tables/dressers to put anything on. There's no foldable luggage racks throughout. Lights are bright, dimmers would be nice.
