We loved this apartment. It was surprisingly spacious and conveniently located next to everything, it seemed— close to great restaurants (both Little Italy and Chinatown), close to great coffee, close to major subway lines, and close to great shopping. The host was super communicative and understanding when we had some travel change plans. It was also cozy and relaxing with a stellar rooftop view. Check-in was super easy. I will definitely look up this place next time I’m in New York.

Great apartment in the heart of Little Italy

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment right in the heart of little Italy. You walk out the door and it is food and activity and shops and so fun. The apartment is very clean, sunny and very nicely furnished. The bed was super comfortable. The bedrooms were a little noisy because they’re right on a busy street but nothing overwhelming. Highly recommend this place for your trip to New York City!

Posizione in zona tranquilla ma ben collegata

La struttura è posizionata nel cuore di Little Italy in luogo tranquillo sia di giorno che di notte, anche stranamente silenzioso per essere a Manhattan. La composizione dell'appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio. E' dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Abbiamo riscontrato dei problemi con gli infissi che non si chiudevano bene. Infatti un giorno particolarmente ventilato abbiamo trovato una porta-finestra aperta al nostro rientro. Inoltre ci sono importanti spifferi da tutti gli infissi. La problematica è stata segnalata al proprietario attraverso la messaggistica Vrbo, ma non abbiamo ricevuto riscontro in merito. Comunque chiudendo bene le tende siamo riusciti a mantenere una adeguata temperatura interna.
