Hi Rebecca, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review—we truly appreciate your honesty and the 4 stars despite the inconveniences you encountered. We’re very sorry to hear about the odor on arrival and the condition of the master shower tile—we agree, cleanliness is key and will absolutely follow up with Wyndham to address this immediately. We're also looking into the slippery floor concern and will consider adding non-slip mats as a standard option for guests with mobility issues. The middle-of-the-night smoke detector incident definitely doesn’t sound like fun, and we’re grateful for your patience. Unfortunately, you’re right—they recently had a faulty batch and have been actively replacing them across units. We wish you had had the time to let us know during your stay so we could have resolved a few of these items for you on the spot, but we completely understand that vacation time is precious and limited. We hope the positives outweighed the negatives and that you'll consider staying with us again—we’d love the opportunity to provide a smoother experience next time. -NexResorts

As for the dirt and hair in the shower... that's definitely not the kind of souvenir we aim to leave behind.
