Nice place to stay right on the beach. A little outdated and could use more comfortable seating on the main floor but the views and the quick communication/help from property management made up for the areas that were lacking. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time just enjoying the beach and the local community. Yachats is a bit small and would recommend grocery shopping in Florence. Sweet homes was a pleasure to work with , they did not intrude on our solitude but did send messages about local happenings . We will definitely use Sweet Homes in the future.

Rough seas in a cozy cottage

Cozy Oceanside Cottage

This cottage feels like a cozy stay at your grandma's house. Tucked away from HW101 so you rarely hear highway noise. Comfy chairs on the deck to sit and enjoy the amazing view of the ocean!! Well appointed kitchen. Would consider staying again.

Lovely coastal getaway

Enjoyed this cottage on our recent winter getaway to the coast! The views and easy access to the beach was unbeatable. The cottage had all the basic necessities for cooking meals, no shortage of towels and the bed was very cozy. While the fire place was out of commission, all the heaters worked and we were pretty warm & cozy!

Wonderful! Checked all the right boxes..wood burning hearth, large picture windows on a high dune with a great view of the ocean, vaulted ceiling , direct beach access and a feeling of privacy.

Wonderful front row seats to watch the winter storm the tides and we really enjoyed the view!

We enjoyed this cozy cottage with front row seats to a very amazing storm system. We are thankful for the little heaters and cozy beds with good blankets. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice big picture window to just sit and meditate on the wonders of the sea.

Finally a relaxing vacation.

Great, quite house, that's far enough away from crowds while still being close to towns to be able to run down the road for milk. Everything was clean and well stocked. Communication was complete and well timed. The only thing that could have been better would be to have sharper knives.

Beautiful ocean front access

Suggest a few more incidentals like larger cutting board and small packets of laundry detergent. Traveling by air from place to place makes it difficult to but these items and take with you

Perfect Location

Very quiet ocean front cabin. Far enough off the Oregon Coast Highway to eliminate all traffic noise. Very relaxing time sitting on the back porch or going down to the beach. Close to Yachats & other coastal towns. Only complaint was we wish there were stairs going to the beach. This might be the only property in the area without a safe way to make it to the beach.
