This newly restored 1888 cottage in Historic Downtown Natchez is located two blocks from main street and two blocks from the Mississippi River bluff. The perfect combination of original Victorian Italianate architecture and modern décor. Walking distance to Main Street shopping, downtown restaurants, historic antebellum homes, City Hall, the Federal Courthouse, and the MS River bluff festival venues. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located spacious home.
The National Historic Register cottage is 2300 square feet of living space with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, laundry room, and open central hallway downstairs. The upstairs space includes a tv/entertainment area, two built-in queen beds and a large full bathroom. There are front and back porches with swings, rocking chairs, and rattan furniture for enjoying nice weather.

All luxury furnishings, rugs, and bedding were acquired at Darby's Furniture and Interiors on Main Street in Natchez. Please be sure to keep make-up, self-tanner, hair products, food, drinks (especially red wine), heated appliances such as flat irons, and any anything else that will stain or damage away from the furnishings. Please use the dark towels and make-up cloths for anything that would stain our white bamboo towels. Due to the cost of the items, guests will be charged for any stains or damages.
